Operational Boundaries
Our systems are engineered for professional audit and strategic planning. The following defines how you interact with our proprietary data reporting tools.
01. Platform Access
Accounts are granted to specific organizations for internal performance analytics. Sharing credentials or redistributing our raw data reporting outputs to third parties without explicit written consent from Regional Turkey Metrics is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access keys.
KPI
Users must ensure that any data uploaded for analysis complies with Turkish personal data protection laws (KVKK).
02. Intellectual Proprietary Rights
All methodologies, kpi dashboards, and structural reporting formats remains the exclusive property of Regional Turkey Metrics. We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use the insights generated for your business operations in Turkey, provided the source is credited in all internal and external citations.
Reverse-engineering our calculation models or scraping our regional trend databases is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination of service and legal action under the jurisdiction of Izmir courts.
Data Integrity & Liability Disclosures
Statistical Variance
While our performance analytics systems use vetted data streams, we do not promise 100% real-time reflection of market shifts. All reporting is provided "as is" for informational and strategic guidance. Regional Turkey Metrics is not liable for financial decisions made based on predictive modeling.
Regional Specificity
Our metrics are specifically weighted for the Turkish regional economy. Using these analytics for international markets without our consultation may lead to inaccurate interpretations of KPI health.
Visual representation of our reporting environment. Users must not attempt to modify the underlying CSS or structural frameworks of these dashboards during active sessions.
Universal Usage Standards
Prohibited Conduct
Interfering with the security features of the platform, uploading malicious code, or using automated scripts to extract data reporting sets without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Service Interruptions
We aim for maximum availability but perform weekly maintenance on Saturdays (23:00 - 03:00 TRT). Temporary downtime during these windows does not constitute a breach of service.
Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend access to performance analytics tools if billing cycles are missed or if we detect usage patterns that threaten the stability of the İzmir data center.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website will be resolved exclusively in the courts and execution offices of Izmir, Turkey. By using this site, you waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
